Non-Deliveries

For All items please read the following process for non deliveries

For All new comers to SL PLEASE NOTE, Due to SL, DELIVERY FAILURES CAN AND DO OCCUR OPON A PURCHASE OF AN ITEM from time to time. We at MLC currently use an automated Vendor System, that operates in the following way.
1. Upon Purchase of an item, the system takes your payment
2. It delivers the item to you or to those you have nominated in the gifting option
If due to SL issues, it cannot deliver
it tries again, and again for about 10 minutes
while it tries you get a message informing you it has problems to deliver, This message will appear in your Chat window
if it hasn't delivered the product within the time frame
it refunds your money. Please always check your transaction records if a delivery failure occurs

HOW TO GET YOUR ITEM REDELIVERED IF THE SYSTEM HAS NOT REFUNDED YOUR MONEY OR YOU HAVE LOST THE ITEM IN YOUR INVENTORY
FOR COPY ITEMS, GO TO THE REDELIVERY TERMINAL LOCATED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE
 click the the non delivery sign get the current notecard for instructions. Then click on the redelivery terminal and follow the menu prompts. If you have paid for an item that has not been delivered or you have lost the item but have paid for it, this process will ensure your item will be redelivered back to you.
IF YOU CANNOT FIND YOUR ITEM IN THE REDELIVERY TERMINAL AFTER FOLLOWING THE MENU PROMPTS, YOU HAVE EITHER NOT PAID FOR IT, OR IT IS A TRANSFER ITEM

 FOR TRANSFER ITEMS
1. If you experience a non delivery and your item was TRANSFER and not copy, please check your transaction history to see if you have been refunded before the next step.

2. If you see no refund in your transaction history, and still have not received or cannot locate the item in your inventory
simply cut/paste into a notecard, the whole transaction details from your SL account located in TRANSACTION HISTORY and send to StarliteStarbrite Constellation and we will aim to promptly redeliver the item either manually or through the vendor system.  PLEASE NOTE: This must be done within one week of purchase.

*Tip, try relogging and look in your objects file in  your inventory first.


Marketplace:

If you cannot find the item you have purchased on market place.
  1. First check your received folder  in recent inventory ,  or check your objects folder in the recent tab.  Also Use *MLC* in your main inventory tab to search for the item. 
  2. If the item is still not visible, go back to market place, click on my account and check order history.  Order history will tell you if it has been delivered or not. If it shows "Not Delivered" you have not been charged for the item.  If it shows as "Delivered" try re-logging  to update your inventory.
  3. If you still cannot find the item after you reconnect, send a note card  at our general manager a copy of your purchase transaction.  It will then be verified and the shipment of your purchase will be made to you asap.
Any fraudulent applications will not be honored.
We will contact you asap and  try to resolve within 48 hrs
